Our Teams & Responsibilities

Duties:

Fire Risk Assessments

• Collaborates with Camden's Fire Safety Team and our Fire Risk Assessors Frankham's, to manage and maintain data on our Fire Risk Assessments
• Co-ordinates with all of Camdens internal teams, to provide support in keeping our systems up to date and compliant 

Compliance

• Produces the monthly KPI scorecards tracking the performance of all our compliance streams into one document
• Produces the monthly performance report for high risk areas of compliance FLAGEL
• Collaborates with the Performance Team to provide the regulators Tenant Satisfaction Measures

Building Safety Data

• Manages and maintains the Key Building Information (KBI) for Camden's portfolio of High Rise Buildings (HRB's) 
• Provides support to Camden's Building Safety Team and Building Safety Managers in publishing Building Safety Case reports for the Building Safety Regulator (BSR)  

Stakeholder Support:

• All operational departments
