How do I get a SIM card for a Ukraine refugee?
Three has rolled out a support package for Ukrainian refugees. They are offering unlimited minutes, texts and data to all Ukrainian refugees in the UK, and free calls and texts from the UK to Ukraine for all Three customers. We believe these SIM cards are only for 1 month, so bear that in mind.
To obtain a Three SIM card, visit a Three store. There is a Three store on Camden High Street, details here Three Camden | Phones, SIMs & Broadband Deals
More information about the Three Ukraine scheme is here Three has rolled out a support package for Ukrainian refugees (3g.co.uk)
Vodafone are also offering free SIM cards, but these can only be obtained through a charity registered with their charities-connected scheme. These SIM cards are for 6 months, but are taking longer to be delivered.

Some people have recommended Voxi, which has a £10/month plan which comes with unlimited UK calls and texts and 15GB of data, as well as unlimited use of social media including WhatsApp (but excluding voice and video calls). This plan can be cancelled at any time. People in receipt of Universal Credit may be eligible for Voxi’s £10/month For Now plan, which offers unlimited data for six months.
EE, O2, Three and Vodafone are currently offering their customers free calls to Ukraine from the UK. Such calls may be charged and the money subsequently refunded - please check with the operator for more information. This does not include the free 1-month sim cards mentioned above, which only allow calls within the UK.
