Family Early Help
There is an out of hours IT Service Desk between the hours of 6:00pm to 8:00am during the week and 24 hours at the weekend and bank holidays.
The contact number is the same as the day service x4321.
Please note this service is not a mirror of the in-house service. The Out of hours team provides a scaled back service after hours unless an emergency arises where multiple incidents are reported such as the network is unavailable, or staff are unable to access core applications that are deemed by the council as Priority 1.
