Here you will find information about how we can look after each other to stay safe and well, physically and emotionally during COVID.

Staff emotional and physical health matters more to us than anything else, so please do talk with your line manager if there is anything you feel you need or that would be helpful.

Samaritans 

The Samaritans have support and information if you are having a difficult time and are worried about your mental health during COVID.  They are still operating their helpline number at 116 123, which is available 24/7 but are unable to offer their usual face to face service.
