TFL Conjestion Charge Reimbursement Scheme
TfL have launched a temporary reimbursement scheme for local authorities and charities operating in the congestion charge zone where they are providing certain support or services in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you are going to undertake a journey that qualifies for the TFL congestion charge reimbursement, there are some steps to follow. You can read more about it here
Safer Travel Guidance and Peak Travel Times
If you need to use public transport, if possible, travel when it is less busy. The busiest times are: 05:45-08:15 and 16:00-17:30.
As London continues to re-open, public transport and roads will be busier later in the mornings and evenings, and at weekends, particularly in Zone 1 and the West End.
Check the busiest stations, the busiest times and when your local station is busier.

Continue to work remotely, using your bubble rota, and only make work-related journeys where necessary.
Status Updates for TFL Tube Lines

TFL Plan to Re-Open (Following the First Lockdown - Left Here for Information only)
TFL have issued their plan for responding to the partial lifting of the shutdown. This includes increasing service levels on bus, tube, DLR and TFL Rail, enabling social distancing
If you do need to travel for work, for any reason, please do note that the TFL network should only carry around 13-15% of normal passenger numbers on the Tube and on buses, even when 100% of services are running. So do plan journeys incredibly carefully.
The Circle line and some of the stations that were closed have now been reopened. Some stations will stay closed so that TFL staff can work at busier stations to help manage congestion. Each station has an operational plan for congestion. TFL Staff will prevent stations from becoming overcrowded. We've also increased our queuing capabilities at stations across London and have published hotspot data for the busiest stations and lines.
Again, continue to work remotely and only make work-related journeys where absolutely essential.
