Tenants can also sign up for a Camden Account where they can report repairs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and choose an appointment time to suit them.
Sign up at camden.gov.uk/camdenaccount Click on ‘Housing’ then ‘Request a repair’ Choose an appointment time.

If the landlord or managing agent does not carry out any action, takes too long to act on your report, or if you feel the current living conditions are causing a significant risk or hazard to the family, you can contact the Private Sector Housing Team.

Do a search on their website for 'repairs' and follow that procedure.
If the housing provider does not carry out any action, takes too long to act on your report, or if you feel that the current living conditions are causing a significant risk or hazard to the family, contact the Private Sector Housing Team (they can support with Housing Health and Safety Rating System assessments regardless of tenancy type):
