Camden Protocol for Working With 16-17 Year Olds Presenting as Homeless or at Risk of Homelessness
If you are working with a young person aged 16 or 17 who is homeless or at risk of homelessness, Camden has a protocol for how the local authority and partners will support them.
This includes the Young Persons Pathways, a specialist housing service offering semi-independent accommodation where young people have an allocated keyworker working with them to develop basic life skills with a view to moving on through the pathway towards an independent tenancy.
