Management Oversight Procedure During National Lockdowns 

This is the procedure for managers to oversee casework and case recording during COVID national lockdowns. 

It also has a checklist of additional tasks required of managers during national lockdowns to ensure management oversight and case direction is consistent.

This is the procedures for managers to oversee casework and case recording at all other time We introduced this procedure on 3 August 2020 when we returned to face-to-face work after the first national lockdown. 

Again, the procedures is to ensure management oversight and case direction is consistent.
