Family Early Help
Family Voice - The Importance of Family Feedback
Its really important that families can tell us regularly whether they are finding the relationship with their worker helpful and purposeful, the value the relationship is bringing to their lives, and how the relationship makes them feel.
Family voice is everything in our work. Making sure we can show that families feel our work is making a difference, and that we're creating ways for families to tell us that in their own words, is crucial.
To do this, we have an online feedback form, one for family workers and one for early help coordinators.
Feedback for Family Work
Please ask families to consider completing the form at these points:
- end of assessment
- initial TAF
- every TAF review
- Closure
But you should also feel free to seek feedback at any point in the work, whenever you think it might be helpful for you to have feedback from the family.
You can find our Relationship Feedback Form here:
Or it is on our early help webpage here

The form is mobile-enabled so you can text or Whatsapp the link to a parent
Feedback for Early Help Coordinators
Please ask families to consider completing the feedback form at every EHRD closure.
