This is Camden's way of sending mail remotely. MailSmart is an online portal to send out letters even when you are working remotely. 

This may be particularly helpful if you need to ask a family to sign and return something to you during COVID (for example a consent form), or to send families worksheets, PDFs etc that need printing out
