We have access to a limited number of laptops which can be loaned to families for the COVID school closure period.  

Laptop loans are limited to: 

• Families with no laptop or tablet in the household 
• Families with 3 or more children who have 1 laptop or tablet in the household 

If you have a family who would find a laptop loan helpful, and who meets this criteria, please ask your line manager. 

To loan a laptop, your service manager will need the following details in full: 

• Family name 
• Family address and postcode 
• Parent email address  
• Parent mobile number or phone number 

Parents must be made aware this is a loan laptop for the duration of COVID school closure and must be returned in the same condition they were received it once the schools are reopened. They will be asked to sign a receipt when the laptop is delivered.  

Family workers will be asked to make arrangements for loan laptop collection in due course once schools reopen. 

If you close a family during COVID who have a loan laptop, please make sure the laptop is collected before you close.
