To refer someone to WISH Plus you do not necessarily need to be aware of all of the services available but you will need to have an understanding of person you are referring and that they might need support to improve their health and wellbeing.

WISH Plus puts people in touch with the services they might need, but it is important to note that WISH Plus are not emergency call out services and some services do have eligibility criteria.  

If you are referring someone into WISH Plus, you will need to ask for their consent first so that WISH Plus can discuss their needs.
