Camden Advice Network

Information regarding the Camden Advice Network.

Camden Advice Network

Camden and the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) have worked together to develop a referral tool that supports residents with accessing food and advice and support within the community.

Colleagues are now able to make direct referrals to the Camden Advice Network and the Food Support Network via the online - Camden referral form . All frontline colleagues can now referral Camden residents to the advice network and the food support network. The referral form is only to be used by a Camden officers. It’s not be shared with residents to self-refer.

When you make a referral, please ensure that you provide enough details about the need so the system can match it accurately with the most suitable service provision. Once the referral is made the most suitable organisation will receive the referral and will aim to respond to it within 3 days (this maybe longer for non- urgent needs).

It is important to note that as we still going through a pandemic you won’t necessarily be required to go and meet people to give your support, there are many online tasks you can do to help.

To support the network, the Community Response Team will be overseeing the process, and ensuring a timely response.

If you have any questions regarding the organisations included in network, please contact Ali Alsaraf, Senior Community Partner.
