Reach Out Camden (ROC) is an alliance of charity organisations providing free, community-based mental health and wellbeing support for adults in Camden.
They take a person-centred approach to support individuals with emotional, social, and practical challenges that impact their wellbeing.
Their services are non-clinical. They are not a crisis service, and do not provide statutory mental health advocacy. Instead, they provide flexible, inclusive community-based support that works alongside any clinical services.
Their aim is to help people build social connections, manage day-to-day challenges, and access local resources that support overall wellbeing.
Services include:
- One-to-one support (with home visits available) for social, emotional and practical support. Practical help with issues such as housing, benefits, and form-filling.
- Peer support and culturally specific groups.
- Community programmes and activities
Referrals are simple and flexible. People can self-refer, or you, a Social Prescriber, or any other professional can refer on their behalf. For more information or support with a referral, please visit their website: referrals
