Substance Misuse Service: Change Grow Live

Information about the new substance misuse support service in Camden, Change Grow Live.

Substance Misuse Service: Change Grow Live

From Monday 3rd April 2023 Change Grow Live Camden will continue to work across the borough and will be the single point of contact for any adult seeking support with their drug or alcohol use. People who use the service have been advised and will see no change in provision other than a change in provider and, for some people, the building they visit. Change Grow Live replaces Integrated Camden Drug Service.

Change Grow Live supports adults seeking support with their alcohol and drug use. The service provides:

  • Advice on keeping safe
  • Emotional support and counselling
  • Group work
  • Online courses
  • Medically assisted treatment
  • Access to different detox and rehab options
  • Peer support
  • Recovery support, including education, training and employment advice
  • Onward referrals to a range of specialist services
  • Support for families and others who are being affected by someone else’s substance misuse

The main hub address is:

Kings Studio

43 - 45 Kings Terrace

NW1 0JR

The service here will run Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm with a staffed reception area.

The Kings Terrace hub is a 6-minute walk from Camden Town tube station. The new hub will be used as the main space to deliver the service.

In addition to the new main hub, Change Grow Live will continue to meet some people at their existing Kilburn hub:

210 Kilburn High Road

Kilburn

NW6 4JH

Wherever possible we will be flexible to meet the needs of people based on location. This will be discussed with them at referral.

For more information about the services that are offered, you can visit the Change Grow Live Camden website.
