Referral Guidance to Charlie Ratchford Court

Viewing Arrangements

General Inquiries:

Members of the public are welcome to request general information about the service. An overview will be provided; please note that detailed or individualised information cannot be shared at this stage.

Formal Viewings:

If a more in-depth visit is required, full tours can be arranged in advance by contacting CRC management directly. These visits offer an opportunity to explore the prospective resident’s needs and discuss the support we can offer. A support plan may be requested ahead of time.

It is important that the individual attending the tour is accompanied by either the referring professional or a family member to ensure appropriate support throughout the visit.

Referrals:

Referrals should be submitted by a registered Social Worker or Social Work Practitioner to CRC directly. We are unable to accept referrals from other sources.

Each referral will be subject to review through a formal assessment process. Acceptance depends on the outcome of this assessment and the decision or recommendation made by our Quality Assurance Panel (QAP). Please be aware that placements cannot be confirmed until full process is complete. A formal letter of acceptance will be issued once the placement is confirmed.

Vacancy Status:

To avoid unnecessary delays or disappointment, we kindly ask that you check current availability before submitting a referral. If there are no vacancies, referrals will not be considered during that period.
