The Mental Health Pathway is currently under review therefore will be changing in the following months.

The Mental Health Pathway provides support for people who's current mental wellbeing greatly impacts their ability to stay safe, healthy and manage everyday tasks when living independently.

The Pathway aims to provide short term accommodation supporting meaningful recovery to prepare the individual to live independently in their own flat. The community mental health team supports individuals within the Mental Health pathway.

Accommodation is located in various areas in Camden and may include a shared bathroom or kitchen. Support ranges from intensive support where there is a member of staff on site 24hours a day to low level support where staff may visit at a prearranged time.

Further information on the Mental Health Pathway can be found in the resident's guide.
