Completion of a call out procedure
Purpose
This procedure describes the actions to be taken by staff to complete a call out.

Process
- Staff should try to complete their notes of the visit on the job sheet as soon as possible.
- Record the time that the keys (if applicable) are returned to the key room.
- Where the Response Officer has experienced difficulty in finding the customer’s premises, they should make notes of how to find the premises Jontek notes.
A copy of the job sheet must be emailed to the Camden Sheltered scheme managers where a visit is made to a Camden scheme.
- Check the rota (emailed weekly to the Careline mailbox) to see who is covering the scheme; email the relevant manager with a copy to be sent to the central Sheltered Housing email box.
- Record the scheme id number & flat number in the subject field.
- Check if there are any other elements of information that require updating record on Jontek.
