Case management and case records

Case management and case records

It is Camden’s policy that children and families’ experience of working with CSSW is positive and that they are able to build strong relationships with social workers who remain a constant in their lives.

The CSFH Scheme of Delegation sets out the level of authority required to make specific case management decisions.

It is CSFH policy that where desirable, social workers and their supervisors will have autonomy for case decision making. However, case management decisions of a more intrusive nature may be reserved for more senior management.

These particular decisions and the corresponding level of management authority is set out in the Scheme of Delegation.
