It is Camden’s policy that children and families’ experience of working with CSSW is positive and that they are able to build strong relationships with social workers who remain a constant in their lives.

Camden aims to ensure that cases are allocated in a fair manner that utilises specialist knowledge within the service so that children and families get the best social work support for their needs.

Camden's policy on Case allocation and transfer provides a clear framework for decision-making around allocation and transfer of cases, aiming to ensure the child and their family receive a social work service from the most suitable team and experience as few changes of social worker as possible throughout their journey.
