Information for managers

Managers and supervisors in Camden have a role in ensuring the council can implement corporate plans and deliver high quality services. Managers also need to inspire staff through encouragement and good management so that workers can reach their potential. 

Camden has a robust recruitment process to ensure it is fair and non-discriminatory and that suitable candidates are selected who are able to fulfil the role.

Camden's recruitment policies are available on Essentials. It is an expectation that managers undertake the council's recruitment and selection training.
