Camden's performance management system My Performance is designed to motivate staff, enabling them to reach their potential and rewarding good performance.
The system is based on conversations between staff and their supervisors/managers about their performance, providing feedback and identifying what can improve.

Where there are issues with underperformance these will be dealt with by managers under the Underperformance policy and procedures.
