Human Resources (HR) and staffing
Occasionally in the workplace, there may be concerns about a worker's behaviour or a worker may want to raise a complaint relating to the workplace.
Camden's disciplinary procedures are used whenever there are concerns about a worker's conduct or where they have breached the council's terms and conditions. The policy and procedures set out what action will be taken by managers whenever issues need to be addressed in a formal manner.
Camden's grievance procedures can be used by staff who wish to raise issues with the council about their employment, for example working practices, working environments, relationships and pay and benefits. The grievance procedures can also be used where workers have experienced bullying or harassment or discrimination.
