Equality and diversity
The following groups and forums are open to members of staff and aim to promote equality, diversity and inclusion.
Supporting People Race Equality Catalyst Group: one of a number of groups set up within the council to provide leadership in promoting equality, anti-racism and anti-discriminatory practices.
Women of colour progression network; a group that looks specifically at the challenges facing women of colour in terms of career progression and looking at strategies to overcome these barriers.
Men of colour progression network; a similar group for male employees.
