Partnership working

Safeguarding children requires multi-agency cooperation and CSFH works closely with many agencies in order to deliver services to improve outcomes for children and families. These documents set out the agreed protocols for joint working with partner agencies in children’s and adults services and other council departments.

CSFH may be asked to provide information to the Coroners Court or attend and give evidence at a hearing in the event of the death of a service user.

The Inquest Disclosure procedures sets out the circumstances in which CSFH may become involved in inquests and what actions managers and social workers may need to take.
