Service user feedback

Service user feedback

Feedback from service users is a key element of quality assurance as it provides information on the quality of services and gives an early indication where there are issues that need to be addressed. CSSW has a number of methods for collecting and collating service user feedback in order to improve services.

Service user questionnaires have been designed to gather feedback from children and parents about the meetings they attend so that CSSW can make sure these meetings are purposeful and contribute to improved outcomes and that children and parents feel they are able to take part and their views listened to.

Service user questionnaires should be made available to parents and children to complete following a meeting and social workers are responsible for ensuring the questionnaires are emailed or sent out to parents and children who attend remotely.
