Camden has devised this toolkit to be used to measure levels of neglect and inform decisions on actions to be taken.
The toolkit should be used during any assessment being carried out where neglect may be a presenting issue and should continue to be used in cases where neglect is the key issue in order to understand patterns of neglect and its impact over time and measure progress made by the family.
