Service description and delivery

Camden’s Children and Young People’s Disability Service (CYPDS) is the main provider of statutory social care services for children and young people aged 0-25 with complex needs arising from their disability.

MOSAIC is the multi-agency partnership of health and social care services of which the CYPDS is a part, and which is designed to provide integrated services that meet the needs of disabled children and young people and support to their families.

The MOSAIC booklet for parents and children explains how health and social care services work together to deliver services for children with disabilities and their families.
