Child in need processes
Research shows that children who are in receipt of social care services tend to have poorer educational outcomes than their peers.
To address this, Camden's Virtual School provides support to practitioners to help them support the education of children who have a child in need or child protection plan.
Practitioners can get support from educational consultants from the Virtual School so that they can work in partnership with children, families and schools to support the child's education and improve outcomes.
